Stare Design was established in 2010 by Noel Chase, a creative engineer with extensive experience in product design and manufacturing, particularly in the plastics industry. Noel has worked on the design, development and production of business equipment, vacuum cleaners, cosmetic and functional automotive parts, kitchen utensils, exercise equipment, construction products, cleaning products, patio furniture, organizational products, plumbing fixtures, recycled rubber garden planters and many more products. He has been granted 5 utility patents and has helped clients to obtain patents of their own.

Mission
To help our clients achieve the highest value from their products by providing creative and cost-effective services to market-research, ideate, design, develop, prototype, brand, market, tool-up, test, package, production source and implement QC to allow their product to be a success in their end-market.
Approach
We typically work on products that have technical challenges and need innovative solutions to make them work, look great and be produced. We collaborate with a network of industrial designers, engineers, marketers, business and technical experts and supplier representatives. The product begins with a “design brief” that outlines objectives and includes market research and a competitive analysis, and identify areas where novel features and benefits would be very marketable. Concept designs are sketched and preliminary, prototype and production designs are rendered in 3D CAD and and analyzed by CAE if required. Detailed part and assembly drawings are produced in 2D CAD. We source prototype and production parts and tooling either domestically or off-shore as our clients prefer. A project outline is provided at kick-off followed with routine progress reports. We place importance on helping our clients to determine the financial value of their products in order to justify their ongoing investment in the development of them.
